After a vacant period, Credit Suisse the owner of this prestigious building asked Loop to design a scheme to attract a broad range of potential tenants. When designing for an unknown tenant the scheme must be neutral enough that a client can put their stamp on it, but interesting enough to be eye catching and memorable. We worked with tones of green and burnt orange to emphasise a natural background, offering up curves, glass and stone to give the quality this discerning market requires. We actually worked with an existing fit out and re-used where we could so as to be as sustainable as possible. The space was quickly let soon after we completed this stunning space.
