Following the success of the MYO Phosphor fit-out with Landsec, Loop were invited to reimagine another building within The Forge development.

Our approach focused on creating flexible, ready-to-occupy workspaces that feel both considered and intuitive. We developed a series of space plans paired with a warm, refined material palette, designed to welcome tenants from day one, while allowing for easy adaptation as their needs evolve.

With floorplates ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft, the challenge was to deliver spaces that work just as well for a growing start-up as they do for an established business. Each layout was carefully designed to support a variety of working styles, balancing efficiency with comfort, and ensuring every tenancy offers a seamless, high-quality experience.
