This fantastic building home to another valued client had a vacant floor, ripe for the Landlord, Middle Capital to present a fitted solution to the market. The client asked us to be brave with colour and palette as we all agreed that many fitted spaces were beginning to all look the same! The other part of the brief was to be as sustainable and flexible as possible, aware that a tenant may want to make changes. We provided all the cellular spaces with proprietary pod meeting room, allowing a tenant to move them around to suit their business with zero waste - genius!
