From our first meeting, the client’s vision was clear: to create a welcoming, comfortable, yet professional and timeless place of work for their valued team members. Having the opportunity to realise this vision across an entire building made the project especially rewarding - not just from a design perspective, but in terms of delivery. Taking the design thread across multiple floors, allowed us to establish a cohesive and connected environment, treating the building as a single, unified space with distinct yet complementary uses.
The client worked with Lorenc Design to produce a space plan that was agreed, allowing our Loop’s Design team to concentrate on the creative design, turning Stage 2 into a reality.
The palette is warm and calming, blending earthy tones with heritage colours that reflect the rich history of Grafton Street. Accents of colour and pattern are introduced through carefully considered fabric and upholstery selections, adding depth to the neutral base while creating curated backdrops for the client’s extensive art collection. The show-stopping stones and marbles were hand-selected for their bold character - each piece showcasing lively grains and expressive veining that bring a sense of drama and natural beauty to the space.
Loop loved working with this client, Lorenc Design and CBRE, its a beautiful space and was delivered to the highest standard.
“Working with CBRE and Lorenc Design, we went to market to seek a Design & Build team who could take the Stage 2 design through to delivery. LOOP was chosen because they clearly understood the original brief, which was reflected in their mock-ups. The design inspiration is classic, contemporary, and timeless, using soft tones throughout while also accommodating the history of the building—the original site was a medieval orchard.
It quickly became apparent that we had partnered well with LOOP. Their attention to detail and problem-solving skills demonstrated that they truly enjoyed and cared about the project. We received very positive feedback not only from our staff but also from visitors to our office. Where opportunities arise, we will continue to partner with LOOP on future projects.”
