Our team spearheaded an ambitious project on behalf of the landlord, undertaking a full-building refurbishment that has redefined the city's commercial landscape. We successfully transformed the building into an impressive 100,000 square feet of Grade A space. The refurbishment not only modernised the building but also achieved BREEAM Excellent, SKA Gold and Net Carbon Zero. Every square foot has been meticulously designed to embody sophistication, functionality, and versatility, we beautifully crafted a business lounge complete with adaptable meeting rooms as well as new showers and WCs.
