Having previously delivered other projects for Richemont group brands, Loop were asked to work with Alaïa’s architects, Swanke Hayden Connell to detail and deliver this complex Cat A and B refurbishment. The scope included a complete strip out back to shell of this listed Bond Street store, installation of new lift shaft and feature bronze helical stair and a full Cat B store refit. The time-lines, building constraints and exceptional level of detailing required for the Alaïa flagship store were challenging but the store opened on time and to the delight of the client.
