Loop has previously collaborated on a number of exciting projects, so we were very pleased to assist with this latest purchase: a characterful townhouse on Jermyn Street, getting it ready to welcome new occupants. The area is steeped in history, and the building itself retains many original features harking back to the Georgian era.

We were inspired by the surrounding Georgian architecture and translated elements into the interior such as heritage colours, intricate panelling & beading as well as the arch shapes within the doors and partitions. We chose to have a flamboyant & memorable wallpaper and tiling within the bathrooms, a real talking point and point of difference.

We designed this space to suit the rather exacting standards we would expect from an occupier in this area and the market reaction has been extremely positive. So much so we are ready to do another floor as this one is snapped up.
